"Hey Dale! It's Barion. I just saw your note. I can remember our first interaction gosh, would you believe like it will be almost 40 years ago now. I was a new young agent with New Jersey plates on my car as I was working in State Farm's Regional Office in Wayne, NJ, before moving to Rochester to open my agency. Thanks for letting us know how its going. We hear you, and we are still hanging in their with our front reception station.. and a human voice.. while we are open before State Farm and Jake take over! ha ha.. I have staff that I have to remind that we used to do the rates by hand.. they hadn't invented computer rating.. oh well.
